  • Students contribute more than 5 lakh rupees for a good cause

The dawn of 21st September came with the shower of blessings of Maa Durga for the students of SBPS. The day began with a special assembly conducted by the students making the initiation of the nine days long puja celebration. A special prayer was sung by the senior choir group of the school coupled with a special dance performance. While in the junior section, students hailed Maa Durga with a dance and a song.

On this auspicious day, the students sought the blessings of the Goddess of Power, who steers us away from the vexation of life. with this thought, the students of the school contributed an amount of more than five lakh rupees for treatment of Shaurya, a five year old boy, who is in the grip of life threatening rare disease, ‘Hunter Syndrome”. His father accepted the amount in presence of the Principal and all the students of the school. He thanked the management and the students for the contribution.
