Children’s Day Celebration in School

The kids at SBPS celebrated Children’s Day on 14th November, the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of Independent India. In order to facilitate the students, different activities and programs were organised keeping their likes and interest in view. There was a fancy dress competition for the students of KG-I and KG-II. Students of STD I and STD II had poetry recitation competition and fancy dress competition as well. Moreover, students of STD III to V were fortunate enough to enjoy movie, fun and picnic altogether to their hearts content. They were served with sweets and Snacks also.
On this occasion, Mr. G.V.S.R. Prasad, Ex-Director DIET, consultant, counselor and educationist addressed the senior children laying emphasis on how to study science.
