The students of the Sarala Birla Public School went for a two day experiential trip. The students will prepare a CCE project based on their experiential learning. On the first day of the trip, students from Std. VI – VIII visited the Purulia Goshala. Students were shown different breeds of cows, their protection and conservation. Jharkhand’s pride and traditional dance Chhau was presented and won the appreciation of all the students & teachers. There was an interactive session where the students asked various questions. On the second day, the pupils of Std. IX and X visited the Kucchu village. The pupils enthusiastically met the villagers and interacted with them to gather information regarding their day to day activities. They came to know about water resources, education facility, medical facility and so on. At last, the students distributed blankets to the villagers. The chief aim of this trip was to help children connect with their roots and sensitize them about the various sectors of the society.
